I have had a little shop. I’ve picked up some bits in Primark, TKMaxx, Urban Decay and FeelUnique so I thought I’d show you what I got…
Mane ‘n Tail Herbal Essentials Shampoo and Conditioner £2.99 each
I always look at these hair products online and debate whether to get them or not but I never seem to bother although they always intrigue me. I was in TKMaxx in Liverpool looking at the makeup when I saw the logo out the corner of my eye and let out a little squeal. I picked one up straight away and ran to the till with it. I’m so chuffed that I managed to pick one of these up and can’t wait to get using it. They didn’t have a conditioner sadly but it’s always worth having a mooch in TKMaxx at all of the beauty products as you can find some absolute bargains, this was RRP’ed at £8! I then went to my local store to stock up and whilst I was buying another I saw they had the conditioner so picked that up as well.
Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette £39.50
This was my Valentine’s Day present of my boyfriend, Jacob, he’s an absolute star and thought of this without me suggesting it, which I was very proud of. I wasn’t interested in this when it was released, it was only when I tried the Makeup Revolution Reloaded Iconic Fever palette which is an insane dupe for this palette and made me fall in love with using orange/red eyeshadows, that I realised that I NEEDED the Heat palette. I have a full post giving my first impressions on this here.
Benefit Badgal Bang Mascara £19.35
I love Benefit mascaras, for so long They’re Real was my all time fave mascara but I wasn’t sure whether to pick this up or not. There was a huge build up to this which meant that I found the announcement of it quite anti-climatic but my intrigue has grown on it and I decided the other day that I just had to order it and try it. Again, I’m going to do a full post reviewing this and giving my opinion on it so if you’re interested in that make sure you’re following my blog and social medias. I ordered this off of Feelunique as it had money off.
L’oreal True Match Foundation £7.95
I’ve been desperate for a new foundation for quite a while now, I’ve been trying to wait for the release of the Makeup Revolution foundations but I needed a new one ASAP. I saw this on the Feelunique website when I was browsing the drugstore foundations and thought I might as well try it. It is full coverage and the shade seems pretty spot on so I’m looking forward to trying this.
Primark PS… Lip Liner Pencil in Red Velvet £1
I adore these lip liners, they’re absolutely insane quality for just one pound. I picked up this shade thinking it was a lot more pinky nude but it definitely isn’t, I blame Primark lighting for that. I will still use this a lot though!
Primark Pencil Set £1.50
I am a stationary hoarder. I literally cannot help myself from buying more though, when I saw this new range in Primark I literally wanted to buy everything but was really good and only got this pencil set. I love the little quotes at the bottom of these, they are too cute and so inspirational. I can’t wait to start using these.
Primark Marble Trio Candle Holder £3
When you’re a blogger every time you walk through homeware sections you’re looking out for possible blog props. I love anything marble and I also love having candles/candle holders in the background of my photos so I knew as soon as I saw this that I needed it. I also think £3 is a really good price for this, I’ll get a lot of use out of it.
Primark Belt-Gucci Dupe £4
This has been all over social media these past few weeks as this Primark belt is a great dupe for the Gucci belt. My budget does not stretch to the higher end option so I more than happily settled for this high street option which I think is gorgeous. I love wearing belts, Primark actually do some really nice ones and I will wear this so much. I do think Primark need to do belts in smaller sizes, I have to make extra holes in the Small for it to fit so pls bring out an XS.
Primark High Waisted, Super Skinny Jeans £4.50
I love a good bargain, especially when it comes to clothes. This pair of jeans was half price from £9 to £4.50 which is really good for some jeans. Primark jeans are actually really good, although sizes can be a bit tricky. These are highwaisted (a must) and super skinny (another must), the colour is also really nice and will be perfect for Spring time.
Books! 6 for £1/£1
I got quite a lot of books so I’m not going to go into detail about them all like I have in hauls that I’ve dedicated to books. ‘The Booby Trap’ was from Poundland which I was really chuffed with and the rest were from a charity shop-6 for £1 and ‘Friends In High Places’ was £1. I can’t wait to get stuck into these, I’ve got some great finds in there!
Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed this haul there was a mixed bag of items! Make sure you keep your eye out as there’s some exciting posts coming this week! Also, sorry there are a couple of photos missing from this, one slipped my mind and the other I couldn’t take as my jeans were in the wash, soz!
