I love nude lip products, they tend to be the lip products that I reach for the most although I do like to branch out and be adventurous every now and again. I use quite a lot of nude lip products and try a lot of different ones so I thought I’d share with you the five that I believe are the best that I’ve tried…
Nip+Fab Matte Liquid Lipstick in Marshmallow
This is my fave liquid lipstick that I own, it’s definitely more of a pinky nude. This applies so easily, it dries really quickly and doesn’t feel drying or awkward on the lips. These last insanely well, I hardly ever need to reapply these, I genuinely don’t know how they do it.
Nip+Fab Matte Liquid Lipstick in Toffee
This shade is a lot more of a nudey/brown nude which looks so nice with a smokey eye. I don’t tend to reach for this shade as I do prefer a pinky nude so I underrate this but it is a gorgeous shade and Nip+Fab got everything right with these liquid lipsticks. Nip+Fab produces always go half price in Superdrug so these go down to £5.30 which is insane for such a quality product!
Makeup Revolution Rose Gold Lipstick in Chauffeur
I could literally rave on about this lipstick all day, it is my favourite lip product ever without a doubt. I’ve been using this for a couple of years now and have gone through around 5/6, I always have two on me just in case I lose one. This is just the perfect pinky nude, it applies gorgeously and is so pigmented with an insane staying power. For £3 I genuinely cannot recommend this enough, if I ever influence you to buy one thing it has to be this! (pls spon me Makeup Rev xoxox)
Makeup Revolution Iconic Matte Lipstick in Chauffeur
As I’m such a fan of Chauffeur I’m sure you’d expect the Matte Chauffeur to also be one of my favourite lip products. I’ve been reaching for this more often that the other Chauffeur recently as I’ve been adoring the look of a matte lip. I’ve also recently discovered how nice a glossy lipstick looks over a matte lip and this shade is perfect for that! This is also just £3 and is just as insane as the above but has a matte finish.
PS… Lip Liner Pencil in Biscuit
I’ve tried quite a few lip liners now from drugstore brands on the higher end of the price bands and haven’t found any that I’ve liked or have proven to be any good. I asked my Mum to pick me this up when she was nipping to Primark as I’d heard bits about them and thought I might as well try it, especially considering it’s only £1. It is amazing. It is the best lip liner I’ve used and I’ve been back to buy more shades as I love the consistency, the ease of application and this shade ‘Biscuit’ is the perfect nude. The price means you can afford to pick up a few shades which is a win win for me!
Thank you so much for reading, I really hope you enjoyed it and got some inspo for some new nude lip products. Let me know any suggestions for products that you have as I’m always looking for a reason to buy more makeup!
